With over 25 years of experience working with leaders in every capacity, Yusha has developed a distinct ability to nurture confidence among her clients. Her winning approach comprises scientific assessments, personalized engagement, and tailored action plans that lead to individual and team success.
Yusha holds a master's degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University. She is a certified Professional, Executive Leadership Coach from World Coaching Institute (WCI).
She is also certified in psychometric and cognitive assessments, including Myers-Briggs, The Hogan Assessment and Emotional Intelligence.
